Mummy Exhibition in Zürich
The Centre (ZEM) is organising an exhibit on the topic of Mummy research and Medicine, under the full title of:
Mummies, Man, Medicine, Magic
The exhibition will be open between the 23rd of September 2011 and the 8th of January 2012 and will show the three main areas of research on mummies done here at the Centre.
Amongst a large section concerned with the Egyptian part of mummies, other parts include natural mummification processes, modern imaging procedures and ancient DNA sampling.
After years of planning, the organising committee has moved into the production phase and we are all very excited to see this project come to life.
